PGIMER Recruitment 2024: The Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER) released a notification on 13.05.2024 inviting applications from eligible Indian citizens to recruit 89 posts of Senior Residents & 14 posts of Junior / Senior Demonstrators and 3 posts of Senior Medical Officers for PGIMER, Chandigarh, & 13 posts of Senior Residents for PGI Satellite Centre, Sangrur, Punjab.
Let me inform you that the vacancies will be filled on a contractual basis for three years and recruit through a Computer Based Test (CBT) and an interview process.

PGIMER Chandigarh Selection Process

Exam Pattern
CBT shall be held on Monday, the 3rd of June 2024 at examination centres in the cities mentioned in the succeeding paragraphs and the duration shall be 50 minutes. It will consist of 50 questions of one and a half marks (1½) each (a total of 75 marks). There will be negative marking to the extent of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer to the objective type questions in the CBT.
The scheme of marks in respect of selection to the posts shall comprise of a total 100 marks, as detailed below-
