DME AP Faculty Recruitment 2024, Vacancy Details

Applications are invited from the eligible candidates for THIRTY-ONE posts of Assistant Professors in broad specialties of New Government medical colleges through Direct Entry and Lateral Entry methods. The Details vacancies are given in the table below-

DME AP Assistant Professor Recruitment 2024, Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification-

• Must have a PG Degree (MD/MS/DNB/DM) in the concerned specialty from the institutions recognized by MCI/NMC/DCI.

Age Limit(as of 07.05.2024)

• Other candidates (OC) should not have completed 42 years.
• EWS/SC/ST/BC candidates should not have completed 47 years.
• Physically Handicapped (PH) persons should not have completed 52 years.
• Ex-servicemen should not have completed 50 years.

Age relaxation will apply as per A.P. State and Subordinate Service Rules in force.

APMSRB Recruitment 2024 Salary Details

Salary will be paid as per the rules in force till the completion of the probation period.
The 7th UGC Pay scale will be applicable after the completion of the probation period.

DME AP Faculty Recruitment 2024, Selection Process

Selection will be based on merit and the rule of reservation. The merit list will be prepared for all the eligible candidates who applied online and fulfilled all the eligibility criteria. The marks distribution is given below-

• Total Marks- 100
  • 75 marks based on the marks/ grade obtained in the qualifying degree.
  • 10 marks based on weightage for the number of years since passing the qualifying examination is upto10 marks.
  • 5 marks of weightage will be provided to the candidates who have completed PG/Super Specialty from Central Institutions.
  • 15 Marks for the contract service rendered in Government institutions.
  • 15 Marks for the candidates who rendered their services on a contract basis for COVID-19 duties.

• Take a printout for further use.
• No application will be accepted in any mode other than ONLINE.
