ii) Speed in Gujarati Short Hand 90 w.p.m.

iii) knowledge of Computer Operation is essential as per the Government Resolution dated 13/08/2008.

iv) Sufficient knowledge of English, Gujarati & Hindi Language.

Gujarati Stenographers (Grade III)i) Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university or any equivalent qualification.

ii) Speed in Gujarati Short Hand 75 w.p.m.

iii) knowledge of Computer Operation is essential as per the Government Resolution dated 13/08/2008.

iv) Sufficient knowledge of English, Gujarati & Hindi Language.
21 to 40 years
Court ManagerMasters Degree in Business Administration/Advance Diploma in General Management with a minimum of 55% marks, from any University in India or any Institution recognized by the University Grants Commission.

Experience:
5 years of Experience/Training in Systems and Process Management, I.T. Systems Management, HR Management, and Financial System Management.
25 to 40 years
Computer Operatori) Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Application/Information Technology/ Computer Science or equivalent from a recognized University or an Institution duly recognized by the Gujarat Government / Central Government.

ii) 3 years Diploma Course in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent from a Polytechnic Institute duly recognized by the Gujarat Government / Central Government.

iii) Diploma of at least one year in Data Entry Operation/Computer Application/Computer Programming or equivalent from a recognized University.

iv) “O” Level Course from DOEACC Society.
18 to 35 years
Deputy Section Officeri) Graduate from a recognized University.

ii) 10th or 12th Standard Examination passed with English as one of the Subjects.

iii) Requisite Certificate for Basic knowledge of Computer as prescribed by the State Government from time to time.

  • Elimination Test:- 100 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs), each of 1 Mark. For every wrong/multiple answer, there shall be a Negative Marking of 0.33 Marks.
    • Syllabus:- General Knowledge, Current Affairs, Numerical & Mental Ability, Gujarati Language & Grammar, English Language & Grammar, Computer Fundamentals/ Operation, etc.
  • Stenography Test:- 70 Marks
  • Viva-voce Test : 30 Marks.

Post-Court Manager

  • Elimination Test:- 100 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs), each of 1 Mark. For every wrong/multiple answer, there shall be a Negative Marking of 0.33 Marks.
    • Syllabus:- Management Topics, General Knowledge, Computer Skills/Applications knowledge, Legal knowledge, General I.Q. Test, English Language, Gujarati Language
  • Main Written Examination:- 60 Marks
  • Viva­-Voce Test:- 40 Marks

Post- Computer Operator (Information Technology Cell)
