Education Qualification –
Ph.D in Analog/RF/Mixed Signal IC Design OR M.Tech/M.S in VLSI Design/IC Design related areas, preferably with relevant experience in Analog/RF/Mixed Signal IC Design evident through publications/patents/reports/thesis.
Age Limit –
The applicant’s age should be less than 35 years as of the last date of submission of the application and candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/PWD will be given age relaxation as per Government rules.
