The Indian Rare Earths Ltd. (IREL) released an official notification on 26th April inviting all Indian citizens to participate in a recruitment drive for 30 Apprentice positions in the Dist.- Ganjam, Odisha.
IREL (India) Limited Formally it is known as Indian Rare Earths Limited. It is a govt-owned corporation Mini-Ratna Category A, Schedule B Company, in India.
Let me tell you that the duration of the apprenticeship training is 1 year for all Trades.
Applicants who meet the eligibility criteria may apply offline for various Apprentice vacancies before 16th May 2024.

IREL Recruitment 2024, Eligibility Criteria
| Name of the Post | Educational Qualification |
| Graduate Apprentice | Candidates must have a B.E/ B.Tech degree in Chemical/ Civil/ Mining/ Instrumentation from a recognized university or institution. |
| Technician Apprentice | Applicants have a diploma course in Chemical/ Civil/ Mechanical/ Mining/ Instrumentation Engineering from a recognized institution. |
| Trades Apprentices | a) Have an MBA (HRM)/ M.A. (IR & PM) degree from a recognized university. b) Should have a CA/ ICWAI/ MFC/ MBA (F&A) / PGD degree in Finance management. c) Have to complete B.Sc degree in Chemistry from a recognized university. |
| Trades Apprentices (ITI) | Must have complete ITI in Plumbing/ Fitter/ Painter/ Electrician Trades. |
Age Limit-
The age of the candidates should be a minimum of 18 years and a maximum of 25 years.
IREL Recruitment 2024, Salary Details
The apprentices’ stipend rate will be as prescribed under the Apprenticeship Rules 1992.
IREL Recruitment 2024, Selection Process
The candidates who fulfill the eligibility criteria will only be eligible for engagement as Apprentices based on the merit list prepared on marks in educational qualification.
The final process is the subject of being found “Medically Fit” by IREL (India) Limited’s Medical officers.

- For Trade Apprentices posts go to the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship/ Ministry of Education’s website: www. apprenticeshipindia.org & for Graduate / Technician Apprentices go to the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme’s website: www.nats.education.gov.in. for registration.
- Download the application form and fill it out carefully.
- Send the duly filled-in application form affixing the passport-size photo of the applicant along with all supporting documents to the following address by post/ courier/ speed-post before 16th May 2024-

Applicants should submit self-attested photocopies of the following documents along with their application-
- Self-attested copy of 10th pass/ Birth Certificate as proof of date of birth.

- Self-attested copy of cast certificate (if any)
- Self-attested copy of Aadhaar Card.
- Self-attested copy of proof indicating valid Registration in NATS/ NAPS portal
